Update:

• Added a coin shop.
• Added a way to replay the game at the end.
• Added an option to exit the game via the coin shop.
• Added an option to reset the game via the coin shop.
• Removed the ability to get coins after knockout.
• Removed the ability to display Level Complete after knockout.
• Tweaked some level-transition animations, including the starting screen and the end-game screen.

Useful notes:

• You can access the coin shop at any time during the game by pressing Esc. This will cause the current level to restart.
