Changes:

- Added UI for the whole game. These include: Title Screen, Personal Highscore, Gameplay HUD, Pause Menu, and Game Over screen.

- Fixed some minor bugs regarding instancing of bullets.

Known problems:

- If you pass your cursor through buttons in a fast manner, the animations might not update correctly. But nothing game breaking.

Plans for future updates:

- Add a UI to the game.

- Add a way to start the game again after Game Over, without the need to Alt+F4.

- Add a button to reset the Personal Highscore.

- Add sound fx.

- Update the UI to allocate options such as turning on or off the sound/music.
